Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return label.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
